First Five Initiatives of Chabad Friends
FINS AND SCALES
CULINARY
Discover a one-of-a-kind dining journey that blends the refined artistry of omakase with the welcoming spirit of a Chabad house. Created by the team behind Sushi by Boū, this unique experience offers a luxurious yet approachable environment for those exploring a return to Jewish faith and tradition. More than just a meal, Fins and Scales supports Chabad houses in becoming self-sustaining, empowering them to continue their vital work within the community.
TORAH TIME
HONORING THE
BIBAS FAMILY
This meaningful initiative opens the door to Torah learning for anyone ready to take that first step. Weekly virtual study sessions led by Chabad Rabbis are accessible to participants around the world, creating a global community of connection and growth. Through Torah study, our tefillin-wrapping initiatives, and acts of chessed, we honor the memory of the Bibas family—fostering Jewish education, unity, and resilience. Their legacy lives on in the strength and spirit of every mitzvah performed and every word of Torah learned.
MATCHMAKING
BUILDING JEWISH HOMES, ONE CONNECTION
AT A TIME
Our matchmaking program is thoughtfully crafted to help Jewish individuals—regardless of background or level of observance—find meaningful, lasting connections. Through Chabad Friends, we unite those who are committed to Jewish continuity, fostering relationships that carry forward our shared culture, traditions, and values for generations to come.
CHABAD IMPACT FUND
BRICK BY BRICK
Raising $770,000 - The Chabad Impact Fund will be your chance to support the programs that you most connect with. We will start with Project 770, building a community center at the Old City Chabad Shul. Other projects from Chabads around the world in need of support will be highlighted, to make it easy to support the mission that means the most to you.
